Can someone test out Steam with GameEx?

I just tried it and am getting wierd things happening . I ran Crysis within GameEx thru steam and the game runs but when I hit the ESC to skip all the game intro crap it crashes back to GameEx in a different view but you can't do anything. All keys are blocked but Crysis is still running as well . I tried CTRL+ALT+DEL but the window keeps going away and I'm stuck with a different view of GameEx and not the default theme I was using. very strange.
