celly
MAME comes with a nag screen. In order to get "rid" of the nag screen, you'll need to compile your version of MAME with MAME Compiler. A great tool that will compile both vanilla MAME and MAMEUI (both 32 and 64bit) made by headkaze.
Tom Speirs
GameEx has a bypass disclaimer feature for MAME. This was updated a few months ago to be compatible with recent versions of MAME. It will not longer work with old versions. However your best advice is above.
