Multiple Snapshots?

Howdy guys, I've been using GameEx for a while and love it to death, but there's one issue I'm having that bothers me.

I have tons of snapshots for my games, but as far as I can tell, you can only use one in the snaps folder? I have tried a bunch of stuff, like zipping the files and naming them the same as the game, or putting them in a folder that is the same name as the game, but only one snapshot identically named to the game will ever show up in GameEx.

Is there a way to do this and I've missed it?

Hi HowlingBlue, and welcome to the forums!

In the Setup Wizard, if you navigate to the Advanced Emulator setup screen for any particular emulator you will notice fields labeled as "Custom Art." These fields allow you to define up to five additional artwork directories for any emulator. This should allow you to have multiple custome snap paths defined for any emulator.

You may still have some work ahead of you, as you'll probably need to divide your artwork into multiple directories, but I imagine this functionality should be able to meet your needs (more or less).

As Nullpointer said, it is a great way to add other than the "normal" snaps, Titles and video snaps. I have in game, and even some ending snaps for certain roms. Works great but you do have to set a different directory or the snap will try to overwrite the one with the same name.
