I've now finished completely setting up all console and handheld emulators, next I thought I will try and set up arcade stuff, anyway my CPS-3 and FB Alpha emulators both work outside GameEx flawlessly, I set them up via setup wizard but with both emulators when launching them from from the FE I get the UI from both emulators pop up saying there are files missing, probably an easy fix, I searched the forums as much as I could and also tried different command lines but to.no avail.

What missing files are popping up? Do you have a built romset for those emulators based on their dats? What command-lines have you tried? More info please as it will help troubleshoot the issue.

Im.not a home at the moment but everytime I loaded up a Rom I would get about 10 files missing in the windowed emulator UI.

Off the top of my head the command lines were emulator.exe [rom] and I think emulator.exe [rompath][romfile] and cps3.exe [rom] for the cps3 emulator (I was searching the forums for suggested command lines)

With capcom cps related errors involving missing files that usually means that the files have been renamed or altered ?

Probably means that your romset does not match the emulator, hence the missing files. If wanting to use those emulators, then best to rebuild your romset to match the dats created for them. A rom manager tool will be required to do this (i.e. Clrmamepro, RomCenter, etc.).
