Configuration for gamepad in games.

For some games I run a special configuration for gamepad, which located in the file *.xpadder for example. To do this, I create .bat file in which I write :

settingsNFS.xpadder

nfs.exe

settingsXP.xpadder

the last line returns the settings to navigate in XP. Then I put this file to run. And now the question : is there a better way to run config ?
