- GameEx 5.44

• Much more intuitive for new
  users setting up MAME for the first time. If the
  games list has never been created it will prompt
  to update.
• For GameExtender, all artwork
  is now also cycled when a game is launched even
  when the Game information page has been skipped.

Main reason for just a small update is to help people just discovering GameEx, and wondering why they see no MAME games, when they haven't read the docs.
