GameEx locks up on exit

Has any body else had GameEx locking up after trying to exit, all i get is a blank screen and i have to reset the cab and restart to replay.

Enclosed log although no errors show, so any advice appreciated.

EDIT: last log shows

22:35:38.8 21/10/2011: Shutting down display

this is where is hangs.
