well, i customised the xp myself using nlite and only removed the worthless stuff such as printer services help and support etc so it is a fairly solid install i removed explorer.exe on startup via the registry, it took abit to setup LCD TopGun 2 up to work right i'd deff be risking futher problems such as with i-pac by trying to install sp3

i just realised i have the orginal gameex i used on cd someware have to dig it out and try that will post the ver when i find, or might be worth trying a fresh install of the latest ver

Of course you could just change your view to list view, but again theres more things that could pop up down the road than just missing snaps.
