Did I do something wrong?

Hello!, I downloaded the trial of Gameex, and I loved it, now I wanted to buy it, but in the Netherlands the only options are through Paypal or creditcard, now I don't have either of those. I saw you could also buy something in a store in the Netherlands, and get the software for free with it, named trialpay (that was shown as an option to buy it as well on the website from gameex). I did that. I bought an item, followed the rules carefully, but didn't got the software. The Trialpay website told me the company I bought an the item, told them I didn't follow the rules. So I mailed the company I bought the item, and they told me I did follow it but I had to send trialpay the mail with proof that I bought it. So I did that. Trialpay told me they carefully read the mail and that in the mail is stated that I didn't follow the rules (somehow, they didn't tell what). Trialpay told me to contact the company and ask them to contact trialpay, now that company isn't willing because they say I should contact trialpay myself. So I mailed all the mails to both the companies, and now I hope I still get my license. But I think their customers are only worth one mail a day, somewhy, so it's starting to get somewhat on my nerves. So yeah, what should I do? Anyone any advice? Thanks in advance. ~VividReality.
