  1. So I just picked up some adapters for my MAME cabinet that allow me to use my console controllers. I have set them up to control my way through GameEx. However, I've found one set back... Once I'm in a game I can't get out of it unless I either grab my keyboard or reach over and use my button combination on my control panel. At first I thought why not just set one of the buttons on my controller to be the escape key; It's a great idea except when I'm playing my N64 games with a N64 controller all the buttons are used up. Is there a program that will do just like my I-PAC board does but for my controllers? Any idea or suggestions appreciated -Calvin
  2. That's what I figured. Alright, thank you just the same.
  3. Is there anyway to send the corresponding photo to the photo frame? or anything akin to that or am I just restricted to buying the correct frame?
  4. I've been doing some research and the ones we carry do no have any official "monitor mode." The only ones I can find online that do that seem to be Samsung.
  5. So at work we just got in some new digital photo frames and i got to thinking; What if I replaced my poorly printed button printout under my monitor with one of the frames and have it show the buttons for each game? Has anybody attempted this, in this way, before or have any ideas on how to do it?
  6. I set up my very first MAME machine a while back and everything was going well, until one day Marble Madness decided that it would remove itself from my favorites list. I thought nothing of it, just figured GameEx glitched, and went to add it back in, however Marble Madness was no where to be found... After a couple of months I took the plunge and audited all of my games, because i figured maybe the game was corrupt or something. Several hours later I check and RomCenter (latest version) says that everything is correct, but GameEx still refuses to load it in the list. I've updated list and still nothing. Marble Madness runs fine in MAME32 and I don't have any filters on in GameEx at all... Any ideas why? Thanks in advance, Calvin P.S. I'm actually in the process of moving so I won't be able to try anything until wednesday night....
  7. Thank you so much! It was driving me nuts!
  8. I updated GameEx tonight and when it started back up the background for my TRON theme is squishing and stretching. It's just a static background, well it's supposed to be, and has never moved before. Has anyone else run into this issue? Is there a known fix (other than just changing themes)? It's the TRON theme available on the GameEx themes page. I have done nothing to the theme or it's source files. Any help greatly appreciated...
