Okay, I did some testing on my machine of the YouTube functionality... I can repeat the scenarios below on my machine and they ring true every time. I have tried this with and without a codec pack with the same results. The errors happen for me in YouTube and karaoke in the exact same way. Working scenario: 1. Start GameEx windowed 2. View a YouTube video 3. Return to GameEx 4. Repeat from step 2 and watch several videos Broken scenario: 1. Start GameEx full-screen 2. Choose a YouTube video - JIT error! 3. Watch the YouTube video 4. Return to GameEx - JIT error - CRASH!!! Halfway scenario: 1. Start GameEx WINDOWED 2. Watch several YouTube videos... 3. At the GameEx menu, hit Alt+Enter to switch to FULL SCREEN 4. Watch one YouTube video in full-screen mode 5. Return to GameEx successfully 6. Watch a second video and return to GameEx - CRASH!!! Halfway scenario 2: 1. Start GameEx WINDOWED 2. At the GameEx menu, hit Alt+Enter to switch to FULL SCREEN 3. Watch one YouTube video in full-screen mode 4. Return to GameEx successfully 5. Hit Alt+Enter to switch to WINDOWED mode - CRASH!!! This seems to be the workaround, although it is not ideal: 1. Set the taskbar to not stay above other windows (or hide it) 2. Leave GameEx windowed but fully stretched across the screen A few features would make this a feasible workaround for the time being: - A new config setting to freeze window resizing - A new config setting to hide the min, max, and close buttons in the Windows form (via Windows APIs) Cheers, Chris
