The problem with this error seems to be a conflict maybe between the wrapper(?) and fullscreen mode, if you disable fullscreen and turn on debug in the main config the emulator plays no problem??. If you leave fullscreen off you do not get a picture through Gameex,the game is loaded as you can hear it.. if you then press Escape (chankex`s default switch to fullscreen mode)after you hear the game is loading you get fullscreen and it works no problem.

Hi Tom I tried using the updated autoit script but it still missed the click,but i then tried the newest version 6.16 and that now seems to fix the problem :). Many thanks for a level of instant support not seen with any other commercial program let alone free. Diesel

Anyone else experienced this and knows a fix??. Tom Could you make another m2loader.exe than doesnt go alphabetically and uses the emulators default layout?

Yes i did Tom ,it seems to be missing that click. When i exit Gameex i have a script paused m2loader icon flashing to a red cross down in the taskbar and i also have a dosbox on the screen that is black?.

Hi Thanks for your reply. I do use the built in way to run Model 2 but it still uses a m2loader to locate the correct games on the model 2 frontend ( afaik the loader is just compiled .au3 files that give the mouse co-ordinates abeit the wrong ones).Its not just HOTD or top skater,it seems to choose the wrong game for instance if you try to run sega touring car which is nativly down the bottom of the list as its model 2c it tries to run somewhere where the S should be on the list if it was alphabetical?? Maybe Tom could shed some light on this...

Hi Im trying to run the Sega Model 2 emulator on version 5.99,when i try to load house of the dead or top skater.. the only 2 roms i have loaded at the moment ( which work perfectly via the frontend) i see a black screen but nothing loads. I have searched the forums and i think the problem lies with the m2loader that uses mouse positions to load the roms from the frontend.. i notice when it loads it chooses indy 500 when i really am trying to load House Of The Dead. I think the mouse is going to the right position its meant to be in if the romlist was alphabetical,but by default Behind enemy lines,house of the dead,sega touring car championship and top skater are at the bottom of the romlist in model 2`s front end as they are model 2c. I was just wondering if this was a known fault and would be fixed or am i doing something wrong, maybe the .au3`s for the emulators frontends rom list were created when you had the list alphabetically ?? Apart from that,many many thanks for a highly configurable hassle free front end. DieSeL
