Hey Tom It is working great. the buttons are right and no more errors. Thanks much ourgrace

Thanks Tom Ill let you know what happens after the next update. ourgrace

Hey Tom Yes I did, it didn't make any differance. Brian, I don't think it is with the video card, I have tried with a old MX 440, a 128 meg ATI 5700 and the 256 meg ati 9550. It is the same problem with all three. I have also tried two differnt pc monitors and a flat panel. I'll try to have the video card do the rotation and see what happens, I think the last time I tried that it seemed to slow down alot, anyway I'll let you know what happens. Thanks ourgrace

Hey Brian, I don't know where the 802x602 comes from, and in landscape it works just fine. I am thinking it might be something related to the setting in - Advance cofig - Display Settings - Rotate Display. I know when you select Rotate Display GameEx makes other changes. Such as setting game list to vertical games only. ourgrace

one other thing I forgot to add is the mouse pointer does not line up with the buttons right. if you look at the image in my last post you can see where the pointer is 2 lines below the last button highlighted, if I point it at the top button on the list it lines up the right way. ourgrace

Hello All, I've built a cocktail mame and I have one problem left to fix. I have the "Advance MAME Settings" set to "Only Vertical Cocktail Games", and my problem is the menu buttons are to small. I hope this is just some setting I have overlooked. Thanks Ourgrace

Tom I don't know what changed but it is working fine now. I went to recreate what it was doing so I could get a log for you but no problems now. Before I put up the first post I updated GameEx, audio drivers and media player. I tried to use file tags from the mp3's and other settings, rebooting and even cussing at the pc. Oh well, all is good again. Thank you again ourgrace

HydroSqueegee Did you select the right codec in the setup wizard or advanced configuration? Are you using vmr9 or fddshow? if so try disabling them (vmr9 and fddshow). If it still don't work post your log. ourgrace
