    I found I had the same issue on my build. I could not get pinballx to run at windows launch. I found I was also running the X64 version. I followed this guide from Microsoft and it fixed my issue. I followed the steps and copied the shortcut from the windows start menu to the startup folder and restarted. Booted right into PinballX. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4026268/windows-10-change-startup-apps .
