  1. I installed the LAV codecs you mentioned and it's working fine now... Thanks.
  2. I don't know what codecs i have installed exactly, i just usually install one of those large codec packs when i do a reinstall... but when i play them by clicking on them they work fine.
  3. I have 3 emulators that won't show videos. I've made sure that the names all match the rom names, i've tried different themes, i've reinstalled, and i can't get any videos to display for my Game Boy Color, Neo Geo Pocket, and Neo Geo Pocket Color... all i get is a blank black box. I've attached my log and config file. GameEx.ini log.txt
  4. Is there any way to center justify an image in one of the image boxes in the theme editor?
  5. it's working now.
  6. I can't login to the FTP server.. is it down?
  7. well from experimenting i found that the client does have to be on the c drive in it's default location for GameEx to see it... i still can't get any games to show up in GameEx though.
  8. Yup i have it working now. Thanx guys
  9. I was thinking, does the origin client and the origin games, have to be installed on the main C: drive in default locations for Gameex to see it? Because mine isn't installed in the default locations on the C drive maybe that's why it's not showing up
  10. pressing ALT+F4 closes the emulator, but the option [Mapping Off] Exit (ALT+F4), doesn't work
  11. This is weird, but i found that hitting ALT + ESC twice, will cause the emulator to close and go back to the Gameex.
  12. I tried that setting and it still does the same thing... hitting ESC makes the emulator go from a fullscreen to a window. I don't know if this is a clue but it also loses focus behind the background black out thing when it does that... if i hit alt-enter, it will return to fullscreen and focus.
  13. I checked that setting is was set to yes... I think this one is just being stubborn. Here are my ini and log files. GameEx.ini log.txt
  14. When i hit ESC to exit 4DO (version 1.3.2.4), it causes the 4DO to go from fullscreen to a window, and it does not exit back to Gameex. I've tried different Advanced Config options, and nothing seems to work.... Is there any way to get this emulator to exit properly?
  15. OK after some reinstalls, the Steam one works, but the Origin one still shows up in the menu, but it still says "no games found", while i have 2 games installed and the origin client running.
  16. Yes i have some steam games and some origin games.... i'll try reinstalling one and see what happens.
  17. I've done that, and the results were as i posted..i've turned them on and put my account info into the steam setup, origin setup has no option for that. Here is the ini and log with it all turned on. And all i see is the origin one in the menu, but no games found in it. log.txt GameEx.ini
  18. I turned on the Origin and the Steam online services and the Origin one shows in my menu, but doesn't show any games, and Steam, doesn't show up at all... I don't have any Uplay games so i don't know if that one works or not... did i not set something up right? GameEx.ini log.txt
  19. Yup, it works now... thanks guys.
  20. There seems to be a problem with anything you try to download and install, through the setup wizard or the repository manager. Plugins, themes, databases... none of it works for me.
  21. double checked it, and that's not it.
  22. When i try to download plugins or anything really, with the setup wizard or with the repository manager, it doesn't seem to download or install anything.
  23. Ya it had to be a bad path somewhere, i redid them all and now it works.
  24. The F: drive is my PC Games, and the G drive is where i store my roms
  25. what do you mean by wrong? the paths are to the emulators on my D drive.
