I have gone to the GameEx online section of PBX settings and entered the correct user ID and password details but the PBX download service is still not allowed for me in the game list manager. I've been trying so many things but nothing works. I keep getting the same error message. I even verified at the end and there was no error.

Hello! I'm facing an issue where trying to select "Online for Import" gives me an error message that reads: "Please configure gameex online in the settings application to use the online media search and download feature." I've gone through my settings.exe multiple times to make sure the setting is enabled and that my username and password are entered correctly. I even went into the pinballx.ini file and manually changed the online setting to be true and it still changes itself back to being false. I tried setting the file to "read only" so it could stay on the true setting and it still gives me the error message. I'm at a loss at this point. Does anyone know anything that might help? Thanks.
