  1. Thats exactly the resource i was looking for. Thank you! I saw those included in gameex as well as FinalBurn etc. But I read somewhere they used to be more relevant but with recent updates they aren't necessary anymore, so I wasn't sure which emulators that was true for. Also, most of the posts I found were from many years ago, so I figured things have changed. Thanks again
  2. There are quite a few arcade emulators. I know in order to play House of the Dead and similar I need model 2.. are there other times I would want to choose other emulators over Mame? Or would setting up MAME and model 2 be sufficient?

I'd recommend getting a core 2 duo, they significantly outperform amd's check out http://mameui.classicgaming.gamespy.com/Bench.htm which comes from a conversation in this thread: http://www.mameworld.info/ubbthreads/showt...part=1&vc=1 the numbers are from a 64 bit os, which if possible, I'd recommend running as it performs faster if possible to do
