  1. Thanks RedDog. Apparently I'm an idiot. It never occurred to me to just select a game on the list and hit delete. That did the trick. I had deleted them outside of GameEx, but not in the actual menu in GameEx. All better now. Now I can play games without my OCD driving me crazy. Thanks for the tip about posting the .ini
  2. I apologize, I hadn't noticed that you were referring to Arcade. Just trying to contribute. I'll be back.
  3. Its all in the setup. Try the change view button in the menu. This is a great piece of software and is one of the easiest to configure (imho). These forums are a great place to seek help when you are really "stuck" though.
  4. Hi gang. I am once again looking for help with Nulldc. It is working great, but listing games that I have deleted. I found an earlier post that said to delete all of the cache files. I did that and it is still showing games that are no longer there. How can I make GameEx rescan the files? Or am I going about this wrong? I am including my Nulldc.ini and Gameex.ini Sega Dreamcast.txt GameEx.txt
  5. Thanks guys! After a couple weeks of struggling with this, the simple change to the Nulldc config file solved it. This is an awesome community indeed! I believe this is resolved. Unfortunately, I dont know how to label it as such. Thanks again.
  6. Hi, after reading the thread about ePSXe I was able to get that running (finally). However I cant quite get Nulldc running properly. It lists the games, but when I select a game I just launches Nulldc, but not the actual game. Ideally, it would just launch the game without me seeing the Nulldc interface, but at this point if it would just launch the game that would be great. I have included my config file for your viewing pleasure. Nulldc.txt
  7. Hi RedDog, thanks for the reply. I reinstalled and all is well. Everything matches as it should. I believe what happened is I tried to use clrmamepro and I think it generated a new list because it seems yo assumethat you have a complete romset. Either way, its working as it should now, Thanks again for your response.
  8. So I found the setting that says only show installed games, that helped somewhat. I still have a couple games showing up that I dont have installed and I never had to tick that option before. It seems like a mame data file or some file is reporting that I have a complete romset. I just dont know here it is or how to reset it.
  9. Hi all. I am new to gameex and it has been a wonderful frontend. I had everything working great, then I downgraded to Mame .184 for some game compatibility issues. When I relaunched Gameex, it required me to update list. Now it shows every mame game there is instead of just what I have installed. Im not sure if the problem lies with Mame or Gameex. When i launch mame and select available it only shows the games I have. Does mame store a list of games that I need to rebuild to only show whats available? Am i missing something in the gameex config? Please help, this is frustrating,
