Good day, I've just updated GameEx after receiving a prompt whilst in the program. Download finished then installation began, once this finished, GameEx reloaded but it appears to have defaulted back to original settings. Paths, configs, the lot!! Original GameEx theme too. Anyone know how this might of happened? More importantly can I return it to it's previous state? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for you reply but I think the problem lies elsewhere,.. As I say the last game played menu never updates anymore, and most played games menu I can assure, is truly inaccurate, it's as though the record files are locked read only, I have no idea how to resolve this. Help is much appreciated!

Hit a small brick wall here, hope somebody could help me! Basically, `Most Played` menu shows only 2 games, this is simply not true as I have tested a boat load of games whilst configuring with GameEx etc.. And my Last played menu never updates, and shows games from days ago. Under all my emulators the options Show last played & played random/most played options are enabled. I have disabled, loaded GameEx, quit, then re-enabled to see if it might rectify the problem but it does not. Apart from this, I am thus far delighted with GameEx & will be registering shortly so thanks to Tom & all those involved for your efforts.. Del.

Thanks for your reply, Are you referring to the files stored in C:\Program Files\GameEx\DATA\EMULATORS? I have all these & I have just downloaded them again to see if it would fix the problem but it does not. Do I need any other additional files? I have Windows XP standard. Thanks..

Thanks for reading, I have had GameEx running before on a different system, but I had to scrap it & start fresh!! Here is an error message after recently installing, I can usually work the problem however this message leaves me wondering what the heck?! I have no idea what the problem is! Could anybody help?
