  1. Thanks Tom, both problems are solved. I only still don't see more then 60 systems in the settings.exe and only 40 in the game manager.exe but I don't think I need that much yet unless I start to organize all the originals into seperate folders but for now I am more then satisfied
  2. Reposting an issue I mentioned at the end of last year. I have created seperate folders for Visual Pinball tables by creating multiple systems. When I started to create images for system logo to identify all those systems it goes a bit funky. All the pictures are shown correct when you open the systems list, but it stops displaying those images at system 49 or higher in the top right corner. I have included a video to demonstrate the image loads just fine in the list. And the log and ini files are uploaded too https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTErtVnIQQA PinballX.inilog.txt
  3. It's just a startup video when I load the frondend that is shown in cabinet perspective while being on a desktop if that is of any use. I uploaded a video to demonstrate https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UPJJHzkJog8 And here is the log and ini files log.txt PinballX.ini
  4. I got another problem after updating. I used the no backglass video and renamed it PinballX so this starts whenever I load the frontend. I removed the default picture that was used by you guys. But since this update the video gets rotated 90 degrees like it's on a cabinet. It was working correct before. PS my other problem with the 50+ system logo's never got solved, and the old topic is now closed...
  5. Yeah it's kinda like you say. So on the top right side you see the manufacturer and below that the system logo. Then I go back to the systems list and select system 50 in my list. Then you see the New Wave table and it doesn't show the system logo on this screen. Then I just went back to my favorites and there you see the image for the default VPX system. Same goes for the system for P-ROC wich is system 51 in my list. And when you disable one or 2 systems then they show the system logo without any issue. I was kinda thinking I had a name issue or something, tried shuffling some systems around but it can only show 51 system logo's somehow so I just put the 2 least used systems on the bottom
  6. Yeah on this screen they all show. But if you add a game in each folder and open the system itself then it's missing suddenly starting from system 51 (or 49 if you use the 2 defaults for VP and FP as well) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nCAo1CdqW6w
  7. Good luck. It is tough to start organizing it but once it works it feels really satisfying. Once you go beyond 100 tables things can be a bit messy browsing through them. I got around 850 running in the frontend and many many more as reserve (collected since 2016). The main reason I did it is to keep it clean. Using table audio, custom handmade table images and many downloaded wheels also makes it visually cool to see
  8. Okay here are the files you requested PinballX.ini log.txt
  9. Sorry to bother you guys but I think I found some small problems. I have created seperate folders for Visual Pinball tables by creating multiple systems. I created folders for every developer with 2 or more tables inside. And a folder for EM, a folder for Original and a folder for P-ROC. Also the default system for Visual Pinball was upgraded to start VPX 10.7.2 and the default system for Future Pinball was upgraded to run the latest FP BAM. Up to 40 systems no problem to import tables in the game manager, but the settings allow up to 60 (+2 default systems). So after custom system 40 I had to manually create xml files for the database. That also seems to work fine but when I started to create images for system logo to identify all those systems and there it goes a bit funky. All the pictures are shown correct when you open the systems list, but it stops displaying those images at system 49 and after when you open that list. At all the other systems this picture is shown on the top right side below the table manufacturer. Also when disabling one of the systems (or the default systems for FP and VP) it shows the picture of system 50 and/or system 51. This is not a big problem but a weird issue when somebody takes customizing the frontend to the limit.

  11. Thanks for the tip. It was set to default. Therefore I was maybe confused that this new style was forced upon us. It was more a minor complaint because I don't like sudden changes. I do hope you find what's wrong with the name issue. I have 20 tables with names like Al's Garage or Aladdin's Castle to name a few.
  12. I have been using PinballX for Visual Pinball on my desktops since 2016 and have been really satisfied up soo far. But I am not really happy with the update v5.53. First of all the Game Manager goes berserk over names with special icons like the ' for instance. It thinks of all the games wich have these are new. It reads my previous saved file from Al's Garage like Al&pos;s Garage So I re-imported those. But then the media cannot be found. In the frontend it says Al&pos;s Garage in the default font when I changed the name to Al's Garage. The only solution is to remove the ' entirely. And this is clearly something that you guys changed recently but did not test correct. Also the old style with all the curves and shapes on the wheel looks a million times better than the linear style. It's called a wheel, not a ruler... This update should be withdrawn and you guys should remember to not fix what wasn't broken to begin with. Updating a IPDB database is all a update should have. And if you want visual changes give us at least the option to change it back. Or better make it a version 6.00 if you want visual updates
