  1. I tried a few DMD / B2S trouble tables (Strikes N' Spares, Gilligan's Island). No problems so far!
  2. Is there a resolved button for topics in this forum or do i have to change the topic name?
  3. Good news! Problem solved! The problem was that i was running vpinballx.exe with deactivated fullscreen optimization (right click on the file --> options --> compatibility). If i remember it correctly i deactivated it bacause of focus problems with freezy's alphnumeric displays. Since i'm not using those anymore unchecking the box should be no problem. But i have check a couple of tables first and see if i broke something! Thanks for all the help guys! Especially @Mike_da_Spike
  4. OK, thanks again @Mike_da_Spike! Sorry for the delay! Here are the log files + ini: log.txt PinballX.ini SetupWizard.log XDMDlog.txt
  5. @Mike_da_Spike Hey Mike, i finally had some time to try what you suggested but no luck! Turning system2 into Visual Pinball had no effect!
  6. Yeah, it all started with DX9 and i added VPX as system 2. I will try that but it might take a week or two before i can report back! We go skiing next week! Once again thanks for your max effort on my little problem!
  7. So, i completely removed the display rotation! That newer versions of PBX seem to have already ignored the display rotation program. Screen orientation works as it should without it! Last time i fooled around with the screen rotation was about 5 years ago! But no luck with the focus! It's still "Loading" - black screen - "Loading" then table starts under "Loading" and after about 10secs the desktop / editor is shown on the PF monitor. Alt/Tab brings the focus to the table! If you see anything in the new log files, let me know! Thanks guys! log.txt SetupWizard.log XDMDlog.txt
  8. OK, thanks! I'll try that tomorrow!
  9. Sorry, what i was trying to say is that left is correct but mine is to the right!
  10. I do use a rotation program and everything works great for 99.9% of my tables! But something is different with GOT! It's the only table that looses focus!
  11. The reason i have to do the rotation is that i build the base of my tabletop cab before i knew about VPX and PinballX! The Monitor is mounted 180° upside down to what VPX / Pinball X wants (bottom of the monitor to the left??). Maybe a newer PBX allows me to compensate that! The last time i tried to get that right was maybe 6 years ago!
  12. Thanks Mike! Loading does not look like that on my system! Your start sequence is nice and clean! I always thought the black screen is part of the loading process! But apparently it's not! I will try the FSE hack next!
  13. Thanks guys! All boxes are checked for all tables. So everything is "hidden". My setup is only images (PF + BG), sound and topper videos if available! That's it! Yes, i'm running VPX in FES. I haven't tried windowed yet because it's not an option for me. I doubt that GOT would run smooth on my system! Every table starts fine when it starts while the first "loading" screen is shown. It's also OK when it starts while the screen is black ("loading" disappeared). The 2nd "loading" screen is what steals the focus. When does your table start @Mike_da_Spike? Does your setup start the table while the screen is still black? Could you check that with the standard "loading" screen (no video)?
  14. @Mike_da_Spike So here are the files! log.txt PinballX.ini
