Gotcha. Running the .bat file from explorer works. Just for testing purposes, Retroarch has no problems.

Any frontends to try, that may exhibit the same problems? I want to see if it's confined to just this one program.

I don't know how to exclude a folder, but excluding GameEx.exe doesn't work. Even disabling Exploit mitigation doesn't work.

Hey, I used to play GameEx YEARS ago, and I decided to try it again, but whenever I start it, HMP detects it as malware and shuts it down. Error is in attachments. GameEx is version 15.26. My runitgame.bat is as follows: chcp 65001 F: CD "F:\GameEx" setupwizard.exe -arcademode I ran the .bat just fine. Any help would be appreciated. Took ownership of the whole drive and everything in it. Tried again, and still only 14 games showing. Any more help would be appreciated. Gamyr

Yeah, a lot of them were either ones I was wanting to try out, and on sale, or in packs, also on sale, or needed for Garry's Mod, some on sale. You should see the number of games that some others I've heard about have on Steam, it's ridiculous, But yeah, I'm a pack rat, aren't I? Just be glad you aren't seeing the games I have on disc, a lot of which don't work any more. . Gamyr

Well, I just started Blender, and looked again, and it wasn't there. Also, renaming the .vdf and .ini files didn't work either. All my Steam games are on one drive that's not my boot drive, if that helps any. I guess I could try starting all the games one by one, but that'd take a while, and at least one game in my GameEx Steam list has never been played before as far as I can tell (Cities Skylines). Any other ideas? And thanks for the help, all of you. Gamyr

Also, just to let everyone helping me out know, on this PC, I have every steam game I own installed. So, the list comes to roughly 140 titles. Gamyr

Hey, I'm having some trouble. GameEx is only showing part of my Steam game collection. GameEx shows that I have 64 games, but I know I have way more than that (108 to be exact). Yes, I'm registered. Is there any way to tell if GameEx is in "registered mode"? Any help would be appreciated.
