OK, I have installed the codecs, but as I suspected, this has no effect.
It's always 34 seconds to start vpauto.exe.

How many seconds do you need to start a table?
Hi,
here are the log.txt and the PinballX.ini to check.
And here is a link to a short video of the start of the VPX-table (4 MB) "Rolling Stones".
Normal start 2 seconds from double-click, start in PinballX around 40 seconds.
I have the normal Win10-Codecs and install addtional the VLC. That's all
As media-types: png, jpg, f4v.
As I see in the log.txt, it takes 34 seconds between opening the vpx-table to start vpauto.exe!

Why PinballX start tables so awfully slow?
If I start a table (VPX or VPT) directly, it takes 3 to 5 seconds.
When I start the same tables with PinballX, it takes nearly 50 seconds!
What happened in PinballX, that slows down the start so dramatically?
Hi,
I'm wondering, that I can't reach the website www.pinballx.com since a few days. What happened to this site?
I always get the message, that the server can't be found.
Here are mine. Maybe you can use them.

Hi, today I bought the lifetime package and it's OK. But till now I have no access.
I think you have to accept the paypal-pay?
And yes, I'm from Germany.
I have the same problem and can't pay. I test it with Firefox and Internet Explorer. The problem stays.
I wrote to the support but till now I didn't get an answer.
Just test it with the actual Chrome and there is the same error-message.
OK, if nobody want my money...
