Can't seem to find an option to turn off voice. Its annoying as my tables are not named very well and is says as it reads. There must be somewhere to disable this.

Yeah i have had to disable z axis in pinscape controller settings. Ive tried everything i can think of to stop it from doing it. At least it allows me to set it up. Will enable it again to seeif it has any conflicts. Only thing is you cannot just disable z you have to disabe x and y too so no nudge if left like this.

How do you get rid of the voice when the games are loading must be overlooking something as cant find setting. Cheers

Im using windows 7 64bit and not using any 3rd party apps. Im going to flash the frdm again to see if it fixes it. Its only happening in pinballx but that's the only program that requires a keypress to configure. Os wont let you configure as it just bounces around everywhere. i've disconnected the plunger and it still does it.

Hi can anyone help. Everytime i go to put config in controls it keeps assigning all controls to zaxis position switch before i can press anything. This must be something to do with pinscape controller i assume but cant stop it from doing it. Has anyone got any ideas even if it can be disabled. Thanks

It is quitting to desktop every time so i don't understand why it is not showing in the log files. I am wondering if a fresh install of the new release might do it. It's got me stumped.

Even with pbx not running im still having conflicts with visual pinball controls the flippers are nudging too and there is no button map for the nudge. Surely i must gett visual pinball to behave before i map pbx

I cant get the ini at the min as the pc is not connected to the internet and im not stripping it at the min to put a usb in . I think the main issue is that i cannot get the key mappings right. Is there a file that can be deleted that can reset the visual pinball controller settings. Im getting nudge at the same time as left and right flipper now and i dont even have any buttons mapped to flippers in the controls settings in visual pinball. Its happening without launching pinballx now so its deffo to do with visual pinball more. If i can reset the default layout for visual pinball i mite start t get somewhere..

Hi hope someone can help. Everytime i press the exit button the frontend exits to windows instead of the table selection screen. Its getting a little frustrating now as i think ive tried everything. Anyone got any ideas or had the same problem solved.. Thanks

Anyone had the issue with flippers skipping tables. Been ok then today just started skipping tables. Press left and moves about 15 tables randomly. All buttons work and tables work its just the selectiojn of the tables.. Strange as its been ok and cant think of anything I could have done

The plug idea is very good. I will get one of those but wanted my cab totally remote free. Now thats what i have. No need for anything except 2 momentary switches discreetly under cab. One for pc and one for tv on hack so i don't have to use remote. Usually have newer tv's in cabs i build but this was made up of old stuff for my bar cost efective..

No I have solved the issue by splicing into hdmi cable and cutting the wire that goes to pin 19 on the hdmi plug. Pin 19 tells windows the tv has shut down or gone to sleep. This way it shows always on and never changes the display config. I had to hack into the back of the tv in the first place and solder my own on off switch as it only sits in sleep mode when you turn it on at wall and there is no remote access the way it is in my cab..The other 2 displays come on with wall plug switch..

Bit off topic but is there any way to permanently set the 3 screens in windows 7. What happens is that it all works spot on unless i forget to turn on the playfield before loading then it screws all the screens up even when shutting down and restarting, The screen order changes and has to be put in the correct order again. I want this to run completely independent so the kids can turn it on and it runs smoothly. Even if it would go back to original config when its turned off and back in again.

Yeah the neutrik pass thru is a good idea. Not really a need for internet to be honest if i can transfer files that easily. Anyway disabled display fusion and taskbar hides permanently with hide taskbar .exe running in pinballx. Main reason i use the .exe is when tables are loading you can see a thin line at bottom of screen without it. All good now thanks for all your input..

My bar is at the bottom of my garden..It's on a sepetrate RCD so can't use power line adapters and the option of WiFi is no use as it's too far away. I suppose I could hotspot my phone to a WiFi card but that's the only option I've got ..I'll be having another look later and c what's what..

Im running display fusion as my three monitor setup in my cab wont show third screen without it. Don't know why but it doesn't . I haven't posted any .ini files yet as i thought it would be a quick fix. My cab is in my bar and not internet connected and I have to take the screen and glass off to get access to get the memory card inserted for transferring it to house computer. I think its display fusion thats causing the problem. I will post all details if i get no where..The app im using for hiding the taskbar is an exe called hide taskbar. It removes it completely as you can only access taskbar again by pressing windows key. Something when I launch pinballx sets it off again.. Thanks.

I have resolved the issue with the taskbar as it was display fusion and i had to uncheck autohide taskbar for the app i'm using to work. The script would be more useful though as sometimes it shows my desktop image on the playfield screen. How do I add to script to blackout screen.. Thanks

Does anyone know why the task bar can keep popping up on the screen between launching games. I have hide taskbar app but when i run pinballx the taskbar pops up at the bottom of the screen. Cant see it during gameplay but i would like for it to not be there at all. Has anyone had this problem and is there a workaround.. Thanks Mark

Yeah it was a conversation i was in regarding buttons not saving initially. I read the article and he was recording the dmd and topper but could play them as a dmd where as i cannot. I cannot play dmds for some reason which is why i got the idea to resize the topper to the full screen of my cab and play the recording as a topper video. Just a lot of work continually resizing every new table.

Looks like the only solution is to run the table with separate topper and dmd and record using obs recorder then when done resize the topper to full screen and play the recorded video that way and when the table launches hopefully the dmd will sit on top of the topper. This way should theoretically work. Just means having to change topper size for every new table..Gonna give it a go..

Yeah i need the dmd to show all the info on all the games while browsing. If i could get it to play dmd videos i could use obs recorder and make my own for topper and dmd using in game recording. The problem is i cannot get it to play anything. Don't know how to set it up or what it uses to play the video so i can config it.
