  1. Is it possible to set up custom lists in addition to 'Favorites' ? If so, how is it done?
  2. Thanks - that did it!
  3. I am having a problem reading the text labels for the control panels. It seems to be legible ONLY in Red1024x768 theme. All others, including the Blue1024x768 show garbled graphics. I've tried combinations of changing themes and adjusting the video resolutions, but nothing seems to correct the problem. Is there another seting to adjust? I did not attempt to change the default font or edit the theme configs.
  4. This is not a specific GameEx question, but I thought I'd post it here... I am trying to run the Galaga ROM. The game was not recognized in GameEx so I tried to run directly in MAME (Command Line and WIndows) I ams using MAME 0.117 and continually get a missing file error like the following: C:\MAME>mame galaga gg1-1b.3p NOT FOUND gg1-2b.3m NOT FOUND gg1-4b.2l NOT FOUND gg1-5b.3f NOT FOUND gg1-7b.2c NOT FOUND 54xx.bin NOT FOUND prom-4.2n NOT FOUND prom-3.1c NOT FOUND prom-1.1d NOT FOUND prom-2.5c NOT FOUND ERROR: required files are missing, the game cannot be run. I've downloaded the ROM from a number of different sites and also tried numerous versions (Midway, Namco, etc) I understand that MAME dictates the expected contents of the ROMS (which is listed above), but the downloaded ZIP files contain this: 04d_g06.bin 04e_g05.bin 04h_g04.bin 04j_g03.bin 04k_g02.bin 04m_g01.bin 07e_g10.bin 07h_g09.bin 07m_g08.bin 1c.bin 1d.bin 2n.bin 5c.bin 5n.bin Does anyone know what the issue is here? Is this a newer version of the ROM being published? Is MAME's database wrong? I've experienced this type of issue with other ROMS, but I coould always seem to locate a working version somewhere...
