  1. O.k. I tried your suggestion and that worked. But............... Apparently some of the "themes" kicked it back to the top/left corner issue. So it looks like the problems are correlating to the themes. I've noticed most of the themes are overscanning due to the "resolution" that it's designated. What are the limitations of these themes? Is it possible that I can design a theme with a 1900x1080 resolution? Since that's the resolution of my TV with the HDMI input. Plus does Tom have any plans to introduce some native resolutions to the program which you can select for TV's? Not just monitors?
  2. Well I tried to reinstall it and it's doing the same thing again. It's not loading GameEX fullscreen but in the corner of the left screen again. It looks like it's running the same resolution as the theme or the width and height of the GameEX "Donation" screen. What's even more strange is the fact that the GameEX Advanced Configuration is in fullscreen. So I know at least it's not some setting I have. Plus the "Please wait while loading" screen is in full screen when you change themes. Yet the actual program is still loading and staying in the top left of the screen. Is this a Vista issue or something? All my other programs load in full screen. Mame3D loads in full screen. So I'm dumbfounded on why GameEX doesn't load in fullscreen even though the configuration says, "Load in fullscreen" ...
  3. I completely uninstalled the program and I'm in the process of reinstalling it... What was happening was weird too. When I would change the "Theme" of GameEX it would load the, "GameEX - Please wait while loading" screen in full. But once the theme was loaded it was back to the top left side of the screen again. So I'll update this in a few minutes after I reinstall it. Hopefully that fixes it. It's odd that the "Please wait while loading screen" is in full screen and the "Advanced Configuration" as well. So I'll update in a few...
  4. Tried that and still no go... It's kinda frustrating.
  5. It was running before at fullscreen, but now when I launch GameEX it shows the screen in the top left corner. I have my computer hooked up via HDMI with a 8800GTS 512Mb to my Sony KDSA502000 TV. My desktop is set at 1900x1080 and when I launch the GameEX Advanced Configuration it loads it up fullscreen. When I launch the actual program though it goes right back to the top/left corner of the screen. Then when I exit the program my desktop image is now centered in the middle of the screen (same size as what GameEX is running). When I go into the desktop display properties and go to the background selections it then goes back to fullscreen with the background image. I'm using Vista's 32bit version. Any clues to why now GameEX is loading on the top left of the screen? I tried to set the resolution to 1900x1080 and force GameEX to run, but it just loads a black screen and nothing comes up and I have to go to Task Manager to cancel the program.
  6. Glad to see some Widescreen themes being created. Once I get my stuff together, I'll be designing some widescreen themes as well. I'm going to be running on a 50" Sony Widescreen TV. So having a widescreen GameEX setup is a must for me! Good work
  7. Thanks for the info Brian and LB11, it's very appreciated. I think I'll download it and mess around with it. I had no idea that it was it's own theme. Thought it was a plug-in for MCE. Thanks again
  8. I would like to see how it interfaces. Since Media Center for Vista vs 2005's edition is more refine and the grahics are different. I wanted to see what it looks like in the new interface. The downloadable movie is using 2005's Window's Media Center. Basically I want to see what it looks like on Vista's version.
  9. I would like to see some screenshots of GameEX running on Vista's Media Center. Does anyone have any screenshots?
