I know right? Seems were paying less then what were getting. Who can really ever "gripe" about this thing? I think its right next to being a incredible home media software. I was going to suggest he should do a fake update for us all to see the new feature but then i realized... oh im sure theyll be an update with in a day or two haha.

Yes of course it wont pick up PS's trans hehe. I just knew most apps using themes, particularly using PNG's use different colors for there transparencies. Black is a good start. I wonder if it is rgb 000 or 001 and so on though. Ill take a look at the other themes for the black value. Thanks!!!!

Does gameex support transparencies on the png images and if so, what rgb is being sought by the app to translate it. Thanks, -Wolfen

I was curious if there is a way to give information on videos and pictures like you can with the rom / emulator databases. If not, maybe this could be a feature request. =) Cheers, -Jason

Hmm odd. I went to advanced settings (as I also just learned then you can add more then one folder in the list as well, drr gues thats what add meant haha). And your right aside from that. Oddly this was totally user error (ok not so odd). I had an old dir on there. It works as expected. Edit: To clarify for those who also replied. Yea, i wanted G:\movies then it lists any sub foldes. Sure enough it does do that. So its already in there. =)

Wow. I looked in your DB and thats a ton of work!! THANKS!!!!! One question you or some one on here can help with. Why wouldnt my game information be showing up for these games on the descrip window? I know its not them being shown outside of the area because I already checked the theme and other descrips show, but not for the PC Games. I even checked for example Prey, is named the same Prey, and no info shows. Cheers, -Wolfen

Hello all. I just recently started using GameEx (awesome so far). Only problem which I couldnt find by a search in the forums here is that when I set up the PC Games in advanced settings. I leave everything default except to enable it, and then I change the directory of the *.lnk files (or rom location). This directory I have set up as c:\games\pc Once I set that, and run gameex it crashes. If I disable the PC Apps load in advanced settings all is fine. I do have the above mentioned directory and I have several shortcuts in it to games. Any idea why this would be causing crash? Attached is my log file. Any help would be gratly appreciated.
