I don't know why you posted this. We are simply giving some feedback about not getting notified by mail about a drastic change, especially when we had that checkbox selected. It didn't happen, we said it was ok, it's my fault for not checking every month or... just being unlucky. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, and I lost. It was nothing I could control. I had no way of knowing these announcements were being posted. Since I've got mails from other projects when limited sales were going on, I was confident I wasn't missing anything. Considering this was not a regular sale but something that will change forever, a mail would have been more useful in this case. But it's ok, I accept it and understand and respect the point of view of the staff. You can't please everyone, and if you send mails someone else will come and say you didn't do something else. I tried to carefully make my post so nobody would get upset, and I think Tom understood it. I just wanted to say I was sad and some ways I think the situation could have been improved. To explain my situation, because it's not like I ignored all the warnings and then complained. I appreciate the work everyone does here for free, and I'm making no demands. Information is good however, and this feedback may or may not be useful in the future. That's not up to me, and it's fine. I see you did all you could to please everyone, really.
