  1. Hi, I loaded up a spiderman table and grabbed the wrong playfield when importing. If I replace the file with a new png by copying it into c:\pinballx\media\visual pinball\table images it still pulls up the old image. I veified that the proper image is in that folder. Anyone know where this cached version is being pulled from? Thanks, Dave
  2. Eureka! I was able to do an advanced search at IPDB for "rom" and it came up with a rather reliable list. [REMOVED] Thanks again for e help and guidance, Dave Edit: Nevermind, found a long list at vpforums. I think I need to find the roms I want first and then hunt down the vpt, mediapack, etc.
  3. I managed to add a table, yay. Now when I look at other tables I usually only see some of the files and it's a bit of a rat race. Here's an example, I found the 24 table at vpuniverse and it had links to the backglass, vpt and media pack and had the rom name listed but no link. So I searched for the ROM name twenty4_150. No dice. Without the one click install option, what's the reason for not including all files for download? I don't get it.
  4. Thanks Z, I'll dive head-first into this tonight. Do you know if a one button install from Pinabllx is on the roadmap? Thanks, Dave
  5. Hi, I bought a virtual pinball table with PinballX along with various emulators like Visual Pinball, FX2, etc. most of the 103 tables loaded appear to be Visual Pinball tables. Anyway, once I found out that Pinballx was the frontend, I found the game manager and I saw an online option. Clicking on it prompted me to get a Gameex account. I did that and went into the Pinballx settings and entered in my gameex accont info. I went a step further and paid for the lifetime account and applied the reg file. When I click on add new game and then on import, I just see a blank window. If I click on import for a game that's already installed, I get a list of associated files. So my question is a rather simple one, how do I add games? I was hoping I'd be presented with a list to choose from and would be able to do a single click install. Thanks, Dave
