FYI so with Key S - i still get PF Screen, and not the BG ... i don't use Video and directb2s in FrontEnd ... so i still want to have a BG Image, it was possible in prev. Versions with B ... so now, i should have both with Key S ?

But Maybe i missunderstand, or didn't explained it Right: i use directb2s with Tables, of Course - but i want to have PF and BG Images in PinballX, so in the older Versions i pressed S and B, and got Images in /Screen Grabs and in /Screen Grabs Backglass, then i moved the Images to /Table Images and /Backglass Images - to have it in PinballX. i only don't use directb2s while Browsing through Tables - because i want to see my Images.

Was not a reason for me, until now, because i also got both Screens before, as i said with Key S (PF) and B (BG), ok i will give it a try, thanks, BR STAT

Sorry no, i pressed S and only got the PF in /Screen Grabs, and no BG Image in /Screen Grabs Backglass. And i don't use BG in PinballX, only with Tables.

Hi all, had a HDD Crash now, and before an older PBX Version, i made Screenshots with S and B for PF/BG, but now, i only can set 1 Key for Screenshot and only get PF Screen, how can i make BG Screens now ? Latest PBX Version on Win 10 …

Got it, deinstalled all, new installed 2.12, installed LAV ... done. Maybe anything was wrong in my prev. installations / updates. Thanks Guys.

No i also had not LAV before ... had 2.05 without any Codecs ... PF Videos ok. After installed PinballX 2.11 over 2.05, later i wonder, why not comes PF Videos, just Backglassvideos are started. I am a bit frustrated, really dont know if the Problem at PBX or my System, and why ... checked more things, GPU Driver, Videos only starting well (outside PBX) ... Tryed it also with deinstall / new 2.05 ... to my surprise: the same, no PF videos. (at deinstall, couldnt delete Flash.ocx, renamed it to _old, before new install) To dont lose my Pinball Fun, now i just renamed all my Media/...Videos Folder, and am happy enough with Images only atm. Maybe i will try 2.12 and LAV at Weekend, but i think, LAV isnt the missing one, because it worked before too. Thanks i.a. for any Help to solve this

Hi Draco, thanks for offer your help, here are the Files, now i scrolled very fast through Tables, Played a Table, then Exit, scrolled again fast, to my surprise, every Wheel/Images Comes, but then PBX Crashed ... i wonder, in Pinballx.ini, at lastselected, the last Table is double-named, thats normal ? Edit: ok, i had the "compat. mode: vista" active - now the same: Admin, no compat. mode, Videos dont Play ( just Backglassvideos: yes ) ... If i backup "Config, Databases and Media", then i can try a deinstall / reinstall ? Just one Thing: at least i had 2.05 - later i installed Python and P-ROC, then i thought "ok, also update PBX to latest" ... as i said from 2.05 direct to 2.12 ... Also got all Win Updates ... and then i realized the "no PF Videos Error" ... Or can you provide me 2.05 for a Test ? PinballX.ini log.txt

Hi again, about the Videos all run fine now, but later i had the Problem with the Wheel Images again ... sometimes, they comes to an End, and i cant "scroll" to next/prev. Tables because there arent anymore ... Quit and Restart PBX helps ... I can upload a Screen later when i am at home ... Is there a Way to try and download prev. PBX Versions ? Because i had no Problems with 2.05 ... but i updated from-to 2.11/.12 ...

Thanks Draco, but always, since 2014, it run as admin, i had this "Vista" tip from here: http://www.gameex.info/forums/topic/17135-resolved-no-videos-in-204 Maybe i have Forget to "install" as admin, but this cant be the reason (?) ... Edit: whatever, i installed it again - as admin - with the new 2.12, and the vids are here ... in my case, done Thanks Guys.

What i can remember, 2.05 works ... and without Codecs, but i will give it a chance with LAV, also havent a Problem, to run it with compat. mode "Vista" ... just would inform you.

No Recorder, no Codecs ... only VP and PinballX, all runs fine until now. I want to keep away any Codecs ... then i was really happy with prev. Versions, which could play Videos without Shark ... and now i have to use LAV Codec ?

I updated from 2.05, and i never used any Codecs before, because i wanted to run my Cab-System without "Sharky" or others ... I am away for some days, so i cant give you some Files. But its curious with the "Vista" compatibility ... there should be a reason for that. ... whatever, PBX is great.

Hi, since the last Version, i cant see my PF Videos ( only if i run with compatibility mode with "Vista" ), and sometimes my next Wheels dont load next Images/Tables, looks like there are no more Wheel - Images and out of Tables ... Is there a fix on the way ?

Also have an Issue now, Backglass Video run, PF Video no, just as Rappelbox said: "... seems like pbx is trying to load the videos for some milliseconds ...", but only at PF, latest NVidia, latest PBX ... searching for/atm. didnt found any (also NVidia) VideoSettings ... All Vids run fine, since we dont Need Sharky ... until now.

Yes, with a Commandline Support, this would be nice ! I hope, ZEN does more in this Direction, with Backglass too, Direct Table Start, ... Maybe PBX and ZEN can give a "Little Handshake" ... i really love both (and VP) ! But i know, it ts a FX2 "Problem" ... Yesterday i buyed ZEN Tables over Euro 120,- ... and still have "this" Problem ... I think i want a Solution, which is not possible atm. ... But i try your Ways ... Overall, THANK YOU !

I dont count, how much helps i have been given about VP, PinballX, MAME and MANY others, since 1998 !!! ... (and never go out of Way ... i try to help, example see at VPF ...) There are Basics, and i can do it solve myself, but would cost me Time, that i havent atm. (much Works, much on the Way) ... Thanks for any Steps ... I will try to get this .akh Script, take AutoHotKey (free ?), make a .exe, give it in PinballX/Scripts, and then try a littel with the Parameters, Steam.exe or PinballFX2.exe, ... whatever, ... Whats about without .akh or this .exe, is it possible ? Is there a "tricky" to get a Backglass Image over Steam.exe or PinballFX2.exe on Screen#2 .. 1. Walking Dead start with DMD on Screen#2, ok. 2. PinballX show me Playfield, Backglassimage, Wheel, ok. Next ... i had tried some Parameters in the .ini, nothing start the WD over PinballX ... I dont have a .akh or .exe File in PinballX/Script Folder ... Can anyone help me ? I need: File in the Script, if need. Correct Parameters in .ini or UI-Settings, maybe others ? Do i need the Autohotkey Programm or is a complete .exe enough ? Tom Speir said allways, we should post here, so here is it ;-)

Hi all, i have read here many about FX 2 ... today i got Pinball FX 2 over Steam (i hate it, whatever, FX2 must go in my Cab ;-) I do all with Basic Installation, mean: all in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Pinball FX2" Is there a "Easy Step by Step" to add them on my Pinball X Cab ? Already i have "FX2 Walking Dead" on PinballX Menu, but cant start Table(s) ... example: Walking Dead is in the "data_steam" Folder. Also 490 VPT Tables and so on, i am not a Noob (i hope ;-) but this Steam Thing ... argh ... I have a 2 Screen Cab, maybe a Solution for the DMD at Screen 2 would be nice ...
