    Ok I had the same problem 2 so here is how i solved it open up nestopia.cfg and look for this line -preferences start in fullscreen : yes for some reason i had to go in and manually change it from no to yes and its been workin fine ever since. Hope this helps.

    The NTSC-US set containes 1324 images at 384.07 gb all compressed. so id go w/ a 500gb hd min or 100 pack spindle of dvd-r. P.S. UG is about halfway done w/ the PAL collection it contains 2335 images (not games some games had multiple images) im not shure how big that 1 will be when its done but it's almost double the size im guessing.
