yes at one point till I started tinkering but even with it on only had 31 games displayed on my mame list

found a way around this. I Uninstalled gameex and found a older version updated my list and now I have over 3500 games. but when I updated gameex to the new version they were still there and working so j updated the list to see what would happen. and it went back down to 38 games. so u suspect it must be some sort of gameex error. I'm just gonna repeat what I just did only not update the list at the end

still got nothing. and I tried that on mameui earlier

Yeah tried that just now and some different compatibility modes. Still not working properly.

still no result. just odd worked yesterday when I tried it out on win7 but went to the win8 route cause I couldn't use my vgaarcade vid card from ultimarc cause of unsigned drivers.

hope this helps. just odd game list starts out at "005" jumps into street fighter. currently only displaying 185 games out of the complete 0.149 rom set i'd say it's a few off still. GameEx.ini log.txt

tried that game list is up to 48 though... screen shot of my updated gamelist is below if that could help any.

Just did what you mentioned it did not change much my gamelist went from 31 to 38 games. same mame setup I've used for awhile now nothings changed.

my mame gamelist starts from the letter "S" and stops at "X" for a total of 31 games I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I still get the same result log.txt

So I was just doing a fresh install of gameex and when I go though the mame options of the setup wizard everything seems to be in place (files and folder paths etc.) but when I update the new mame game list I get a whopping 31 games.... I've installed gameex many of times.. never have I had this problem. I'm running mame 0.149 and I know the roms are there but I don't know why it won't display the full list. just putting them in windows xp sp 3 running them all in gameex perfectly

I've been trying for awhile now to try and get these working under a emulator instead of a external app. but the games are just shortcuts to launchers I put in a folder and called it my roms. Long story short I can't figure out how to get these to work with gameex sadly. anyone got some info

well outta 21 emulators this was the only one that gave me trouble so I consider myself lucky before I used maximus arcade and getting Naomi to work on that was even worse

that worked out perfectly dazzle for once I can go through actually pick the game I want. it's too bad I had to go through every file was really trying to avoid doing that

changed the video to public should be able to watch it

Just tried those new map files out. its a step in the right direction but after a few game they get out of order I click on marvel vs Capcom 2 it brings up another game a few spots down on the list

it only does it within gameex mvsc2 plays within demul but the gamelist are just wrong within gameex GameEx.ini log.txt
