Is resolution different on you monitors mine does that when mm monitor resolution does not match the emu screen.

Ok I kind of have it working in hyperspin I get my template to load but hitotext is not displaying also the main image does not change to match the game being played just stays on my backup image also the system monitor widget is a little off see my attached pic some of the test is cut and or overlapping off makes no difference re sizing the window stays the same I realise this is gameex forum but you seem more active over here tempest

ok now I get it mostly but dont know how to edit my GameEx.ini file what exactly do I put and where in the GameEx.ini stuck on step 8 from op do I put [MAME64] C:\GaemeEx\Marquee Magician\Launch MM v2.0.exe "mame" "[Rom]" into the GameEx.ini file? were in the file does it have to go? ("mame" is the name of my template and the rest is the path to "launch marquee mm")

still going fine with no corruption anyway to rotate 180 degrees in gameex I see you can do 90 , so anyone know a tutorial to setup marquee magician?

Having been running it a good 20mins no corruption now how to remove automotive strength double sided tape to rotate screen orientation.

Will have to try un-rotated really hope that's not the issue because if it is I cant use gameex. Would be major rework to right screen. I have the official intel drivers installed.

Just finished a full reinstall and problem persists is it the on-board hd4000 causing the problem? Another thing I thought of that may be the cause when I attached my touch screen then mounted the panel It wasn't till I booted up I realised The screen was mounted upside down so it is rotated via the video driver would this cause issues?

Ok about 80% confused I have made a template which I think is right see attached "mame all" file. I have been trying to follow what this member has done in this post lost not sure exactly what these files mean where to put them or how to link them to GameEx . i understand what most of it menas just dont know how to change it to suit my setup. I want the marquee to display a static image along with hiscore and system info to match the rom being played. Not using any shell atm just want to understand enough to set it up myself and be able to change it if I want help for a newbie will be much appreciated thanks in advance, MAME all.zip

Hey all first post have managed to create a template with marquee magician but have no idea what to do with it from here is there any guides around to get it setup? Also have been having some issues with gameex screen corruption the screen flips upside down and there is a lot of video corruption where do I find the log file to see if it tells me what is going on. Seems to only happen in gameex. The system is an i3 N.U.C pc with windows 8.1 and hd4000 graphics.
