installed the PCB with LPT connection yesterday, activated the plugin and it works perfectly ! Big Thanks to OldNik for developing the PCB Thanks to Wolfsoft for the support Thanks to Headkaze for the plugin and thanks to Tom that it works togehter with GameEx ! Greetings Dirk

beginning of April I got a Quadro Games Duo, which has a motorized rotating monitor. Of course I have installed GameEx in slot 1 and left slot 2 with an original game PCB. Unfortunately the outer appearance of the cabinet was in bad shape. and the CP also : first sketch for a new CP : final drawing for the CP, only the font was changed before printing.: : new sticks & buttons and J-PAC installed : and so the CP looks now :. I was wondering about the design of the cabinet and I decided that : - it should match the Revenge from Mars pinball standing nearby - therefore : black red theme with red T-moldings - outer space theme - there should be in reminiscence to the original manufacturer "Quadro Games" that name on it. and this is how it looks now : side view : and near my "Revenge from Mars" Dirk

Hello sorry for my poor english as I am from Germany. Hope you will understand me anyway :-) I have a question about the LED-Plugin for GameEx. I am using the latest release of GameEx running on Windows XP pro ( SP3) and there is a PACDrive from Ultimarc installed in my cabinet which is connected to 8 buttons (4 buttons for 2 players ) In the configuration of the plugin I can address the buttons and they light up accordingly and in the Profile Editor when I select "Favorites" and then I click on the displayed games, the according buttons to the specific game light up. so it all seems to work correctly In my "default" profile for GameEx all installed LED-Buttons are set to "State = True" and "Always on = false" Here are the two files in the Profiles folder of my LCD/LED plugin : http://www.scirocco2.de/GameEx.ini http://www.scirocco2.de/MAME.ini When I start GameEx, all buttons light up, which is fine. But when I am in the Games lists or in the game itself the according game buttons don't light up. ( neither in the Favorites nor in all games ) Some other functions are working ( e.g. different light patterns on starting and ending a game etc.) In the game itself, the buttons all remain dark, in spite of I have removed the tick on "LEDs off when game is run" Next issue is, that after exiting the game all buttons remain dark and will not light up again in any menu. According to other related topics I have deleted the default.cfg and I made sure that mame.ini is in the Mame's root folder. http://www.scirocco2.de/mame.ini Another question : How should "Audio Attract mode" work like ? Are there flashing buttons when playing music from the jukebox or the internet radio ? I am asking because there happens nothing. I have tried various settings the last two evenings but without any success. As it seems that I can't solve this on my own, now hopefully somebody can help me. hmmm, it auto-updated tonight, still not working. Then I restarted the system, dowloaded 10.07. , installed it and still no "create snaps"

my GameEx-screensaver also doesn't work with playing mame roms , when advancemame is enabled in the settings. Bezel is deactivated. When I run "Run Last Game.bat" this message appears : Error : unknown option : -sound_volume But in the AdvanceMame configuration setup page I have no such command line . Where can I find this and how can it be solved ? Thanks in advance and regards Dirk

Thanks, I have found this menu item "Export to MCE" now, but unfortunately nothing happens when I press it. I have restarted the MCE but no new entries in "more programs" In GameEx there are shown 2 Mame games in the favorites. any ideas ? Thanks ! Greets Dirk
