mrserv0n, do a search for a program called soft-15Khz. It basically does the same thing as powerstrip except its way easier and faster to set up.

you should find what you're looking for here. The thread is started by the guy that runs emumovies.com that you checked out earlier. He has direct torrent links there for the consoles/mame updates and also a link to what is done so far on his high quality version of videos. You'll have to read through it to where he mentions where to get the full mame set (without having to register on that torrent site) then just get his mame update sets from the his first torrent link. Just read the whole thread and you'll get it!
