  1. I unplugged the flight stick and now have full use of the control panel and keyboard. Thanks for your help, Brian!
  2. Thanks Brian! I have a pair of gamepads, a flight stick, and a light gun plugged into usb. I thought about disabling them, but they seem to be set up fine. I may still try it if your file changes don't work. What worries me is that the default file doesn't seem to be referenced in the setup wizard when I move through the steps, so it seems to be seeing the correct file there. You seem to be suggesting that it is actually loading the other ini. I will update the post after I give it a shot tonight.
  3. Here's the gameex.ini file in case this would help. GameEx.zip
  4. After uploading the most recent upgrade something has gone funny with the input into GameEx. I have an Ipac4 plugged in for a control panel as well as a keyboard for diagnostics. Both have worked fine for the past three years running GameEx. I've tested both outside of the frontend and inputs are all being received without fault. Assignments are all correct. When I fire up GameEx neither one creates response from the frontend. I have a custom config for the ipac and none of the inputs are responding (select, back, etc.) but they use the usual key presses (1, 2, etc.) Now here's the funny thing ... when I move the joystick left or right the navigation will go to the home and exit menus and back to the list, just like it always has. The escape key also works fine on both the ipac input and the keyboard. I opened up Mame and the keyboard and control panel with ipac4 work fine. So, it is definitely in GameEx. So, I've gone through all of the advanced settings because it seems like I am missing something simple, but I cannot find it. I'm hoping there is another user out there who can help me out. This one has got me a little perplexed. I am, however, going to say that this is the first real "issue" i have ever encountered with GameEx, and I think that says a lot for the quality of this frontend after three years of useage. Great stuff!

    Project64 bug?

Project64 was working great last week and has an issue since the last update. All of my roms are 7zip format and popped right up when I selected them. Now the games I have already played bring up a screen with the name of the game and no rom listing to get them started. When I select the name that it produces there is no effect at all. The games I haven't played already work fine. Looks like something related to the history. I even re-loaded the roms in case they had been corrupted in some way and they still don't work. Any ideas out there?
