I ssudddenly developed a whole bunch of different issues. I have my mame and emulator setup through x arcade and my keyboard has stopped typing so I am unable to type into the computer. But if I load gameex and I want to play mame games it will work as a controller? Any ideas it goes through the back of the xarade in the ps2 slot Also game launcher won't load it gives me an error. What should I do next?

I have a question surrounding this. Mame has 8017 roms but which were showing in Gameex 3.12 but when I updated to 13 It dropped down to 4400 What happened to the rest of the games? I updated the list and it still remains at that should I shut the show existing roms off. I don't see any clone options.

I have had problems getting Winvice to work with multiple databases. Can Winvice read a zipfile image? also because there are so many great games for the C64 I broke my files up into small folders not just the alphabet. None of these for any emulators will show up in the emulator list. Any ideas?

actually I got the radio to work. Thanks it took me a while but I figured it out.

Thanks I was able to get some of the alternative arcades to work but I am unsure the best way to have gameex find my roms would be to move them into the C\Emulator directory out of where they are now. I will try it with one game and see what happens Thanks.

I bought GameEx on Sunday and on monday the Radio stations stopped working . I went and reset the weather where I live that would have no effect on the radio stations should it? Any ideas? Thanks

I bought GameEx because I appreciate your effort but before I bought Gex I set up all my emulators and games and things like that. With the exception of Mame I am not finding how to change the directory to find my emulators or Pdf Which are located on a different hardrive as I had them on an old computer that died but I saved the hd out of it. So that whole HD is all documents. How do I point the Pdf to locate my files in multiple directories? I did the download emulators after having set my own up according to the defaults on the emulator Winuae for example do I have to move everything over to the C:\emulators directory and will it automatically work? or is there a way to point the directories to the individual editors or does one have to make an ini for ever single emulator. Sorry for asking questions but this seems more complicated than at first glance.

I have managed to get all the easy to get to Gamebases to work. The one I repeatedly am unable to make work is the GB C64. Is their something unique about that one. I am confused I don't think Winvice uses zipfiles so could I throw in Ziplib for that? and it would apply it. I uncompressed the Tosec Commodore 64 files and it won't accept those either. Also Because there are so many games for that machine I made more folders than justabcdefghijklm The alphabet is their a way to have gamebase search through my folders I made? or will it only respond to the alphabet? ? I have never written a script in my life so as a newbie I am attempting to set up All four of these and the games to use and understand scripting. What are the differences is it a matter of just different ordering or are their technological differences because the techniques and philosophy are different? Is there such a thing as technical philosophy?
