  1. I can't seem to be able to compile latest XDMD. I'm using VS2012. I get 28 errors, most in device.vb and some in video.vb. Type RGB24 is not defined. I upped the .net to 4.0 for the project and tried to recompile.
  2. I'm having some trouble compiling XDMD. I open the SLN with VS2012, upgrade projects to .net 4.5. I can then compile without errors, but get nothing when I run the demo. I get output when I run the old demo.exe that I downloaded with source. Any ideas, really cool stuff.
  3. I would also like to disable the additional DMD display on my main screen. (I'm using a PinDMD3 and don't want to show the other window) thanks Any chance of getting the source code to this display program?
  4. sorry about the post, figured it out by placing a XML tag in the database file <HideBackGlass>FALSE</HideBackGlass> for the tables that need this. I thought it was a global setting, but this is even better as I can change settings for each table, thanks tom
  5. Love the program, just a few issues left. I have a static backglass image that shows up perfectly when browsing tables, but if the tables doesn't launch its own backglass (b2s), the backglass is turned black. How do I have the image from pinballx browsing stay on in my backglass? Thanks
  6. do I have to compile the ahk script and rename to PBXrecorder.exe or does pbxrecorder call the ahk script. thanks (I asked cause I made the changes to the script and reran the pbxrecroder.exe and still does not close backglasses thqt are exe's) Thanks
  7. Great program, going through my huge list of VP tables now (over 1000). program works great except every once and while the backglass does not close. I think its related to when the backglass is actually an exe (old style of B2s). Is this a known limitation? Still trying to prove when it stops exiting backglass. Trouble is when it stops exiting the backglass all tables after it capture the same backglass.
  8. gtxjoe, sorry for wasting your time. It was all on my end. Another benefit of this program is to check your xmls for correctness. Your program found 2 small mistakes I had in my XML's. Thanks for a great program. Will continue running it today and see how it works after my corrections. Thanks. you should post this over at VPForums for others to use
  9. Thanks for a cool util, but I'm having trouble getting the correct placement and running of correct exe. I have 3 systems setup with PinballX (vp9, vp10, and vp9 physicmod). When I run the program (1.1) it goes through and finds a missing image and it runs vp9 instead of vp10 (since it is a vpx table and listed in my Visual Pinball 10.xml file). How can I only process 1 xml file at a time and I will manuall move the files over. maybe have a destination folder for the outputs instead of the pinball media folders (or use the capture directories).
  10. bump, still have an extra system tray icon with 2.06. Other must have this with windows 7 x64? Almost ready to upgrade to win10,
  11. so how exactly is this set up now. Don't use the built in fx2 support and pick a new emulator (say slot 3)?
  12. Is there a way to stop at selecting the number of players in Pinball FX2 with 1.97. If not that might be a good option, (I actually wouldn't mind just launching Pinball FX2 and picking a table there, but still have the PF and Backglass show in the main menu of pinballX.
  13. Thanks I worked on creating my XML with all tables and its launching fine now, only trouble is when I exit out of a game with esc, it goes back to pinball x but leaves the dmd still running on my backglass. Where should I look for the trouble.
  14. I posted this elsewhere, but should have posted it here I guess. I'm confused on how to setup the Football tables in Pinball FX, since they are under a submenu in the grid. How is that done? Thanks. Everything working as it should, great job TS
  15. I'm confussed how to set up the football games within Pinball FX2, since they are loaded through a sub menu. How do I setup the XML file for these. Thanks really love 1.97 now. I tried NukeLauncher, but the built in support is so easy. Great job Tom. Al I have seen it posted elsewhere, but +1 for a way to for pinballx to stop at the select number of players menu inside of Pinball FX2.
  16. in your databases/visual pinball folder there should be a visual pinball.xml file that has all your VP tables listed. You can copy that file and rename it to something like Visual Pinball Only.xml. PinballX will now list Visual Pinball Only on the list of options menu. You can do the same for FP.
  17. do you have a link (I figured it would be easy to locate since every use would need it) I'm so close, it just launched the wrong game and I have exiting issues (FX stays running along with the DMD on my backglass) any ideas on the exiting issue? thanks
  18. I kinda got nuke launcher working, and domated (I think twice, but its worth it). There must be a current list of games right? I don't want to type them all in, along with a current database xml for pinballx. any1?
  19. getting somewhere now, I decided to turn on Future pinball tables also and I see that my all games list increased in number of tables, but there was NOT a system listed on the launch screen (I have VP, VP 9.2 Only, VP 9.9 PM5, etc but not Future Pinball). I then turned off Future pinball and got my number of tables, then turned on FX2 and once again I see my all tables size grow, but I don't see the Pinball FX2 system on the launch page. Any1 know what I'm doing wrong with both Future and Pinball FX2 to not have them on the launch menu where all the other systems are. Thanks
  20. don't know if this means anything, but when I'm in game manager and select new list, there is not pinball FX2 system, yet I can pick it from the dropdown of lists on the left. (I downloaded 1.97 today so that can't be it)
  21. I deleted the current Pinball FX2 stuff from my config and reran setup, but same thing. Nothing when I go and try to display other systems (no Pinball FX2 in list) also in the config.xml file the section for Pinball FX2 does NOT have a space and the database directory does (I tried both).
  22. I can't get pinball FX2 to show up with my other systems. I look at the config and it looks good to me. 23. Great tip, that gets rid of one of my system tray icons, but there still is one more, can't tell what it is because if I move the mouse over it, it disappears. its blue with a triangle in it, any ideas?
  24. anyone tried Pinball Arcade with bluestacks on a cab?
  25. Thanks looking forward to this as I'm running out of things to add to my cab, and I would like instructions for all/most of my tables.
