  1. You sir, are my hero! Thanks a bunch!
  2. Yup, same isue here. Windows 7 Pro. Has been working fine for months but am unable to login today. I've already tried re-installing
  3. Thanks for the reply. After doing some more testing, the CPU usage problem only occurs when connecting to my SlingBox Pro HD and not my second SlingBox Pro. I suspect the difference is that the SlingBox Pro uses a WMV stream (640x480 causes about 20% CPU) while the ProHD uses an h264 stream (640x480 causes 90% CPU). According to this forum: http://placeshiftingenthusiasts.com/forum/slingbox-hardware/slingbox-pro-best-firmwareslingplayer-version/page-2/ it used to be possible to force the older SlingPlayer application to prefer WMV over h264 streams. Is there any way to force a stream preference on SlingFront?
  4. I have just installed Sling Front and so far am fairly impressed with it; I do have one issue with CPU usage though. I notice whenever SlingFront is streaming video (source is a SlingBox Pro HD) the CPU caps out at 100% (640x480 SD resolution). If I try and stream HD the video stutters and is unwatchable. I am running SlingFront on an Acer revo PC; Intel atom 330 (1.6GHz) CPU, 2GB RAM Windows 8. This is a clean install with no additional programs or software installed. I have verified that the only thing using CPU is SLingFront. Is this expected behavior or is there something I can do to optimize the performance of SlingFront?
  5. Unfortunately that doesn't work, I have also tried adding the -window argument to the end of the "target" option in the shortcut properties but it still launches in full screen.
  6. Just wondering if there was a way to open the program in a windowed mode so that it doesn't take over my whole monitor?
