  1. IIf it helps - I had this same problem - the game worked in MAME but not when started from GAMEX. Turned out that for some games - the startup options were not correct (Advance MAME Settings in GAMEEX configuration). For the games I had problems with - I simple deleted the default setting and left nothing there.
  2. I've contacted tom@spesoft.com, info@spesoft.com and yes - it is not in any SPAM folder, as previously stated. If someone has the presence of mind to close my previous thread, perhaps that same person would be good enough to ensure if the problem is actually resolved before closing it. It isn't resolved, I have emailed all the right people, and I still don't have a reg key. Can someone from SPESOFT do something about this now please.
  3. 24 hours later - still no registration key, no response from Support, and now you've locked the topic - the issue is not closed. Please would someone be good enough to deal with my query, and supply my regkey. Many thanks
  4. Spam folders, junk folders etc all checked....
  5. I ordered the lifetime registration over an hour ago - confimed by Google Wallet - no registration key arrives 'instantly' or otherwise - no email from Spesoft - no clue what to do next. What next please. How long do regkeys normally take? thanks
