headkaze Posted November 23, 2005 Share Posted November 23, 2005 This little ute I knocked up to kill and restore the shell upon launching of GameEx. Place the launchshell.exe into the GameEx folder, then set the following parameters in GameEx.ini...LaunchOnStart=LaunchOnStartNoWait=launchshell.exe -killLaunchOnExit=LaunchOnExitNoWait=launchshell.exeNow when you launch GameEx, it will search out for the shell, if it finds it it will kill it. Upon exiting GameEx it will again search for the shell and launch it if it's not there.You can get access to the shell while still in GameEx by pressing CTRL ALT DEL together then selecting Task Manager, then select File->New Task (Run..) and type in explorer.exe and the shell will load.launchshell.zip Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
