I wrote this to make it easy to set what I believe a user would want as global options across all emulators.

Any options set to true will be set to true in your GameEx.ini

Any options set to false, will be set to false in your GameEx.ini

Any options left blank, will not be changed in your GameEx.ini

Backup your GameEx.ini before using.
