Isn't that what you asked for? Several people's opinion. That thread has opinions of at least 4 heavy contributors to the forums, so I would consider it a pretty good discussion.

Well Id agree on the list over all.

However you are more than able to try them all and give feedback... I know its alot easier to have someone else do the leg work so take it AS - IS.

NES Emus for windows--- Yes I didnt include DOS or other Os--- Let us know how it works out-- BTW: Some of the version may be a little old but you should be able to get the latest version from thier respective home pages. If I forgot something let me know.. Im here to help.

It is ALOT to digest..

Ive never encoded video through gameex.. But I did make some for HS.

I used FRAPS..

Id recommend it.
