Reverted to the old method of capturing video by capturing the desktop rather than the emulators window.

It was a conflict with the BASS CD component of the BASS Audio library. I just had to move some initialisation code to an earlier point at startup. It would crash if I initialised Bass CD after playing a video.

Great work on the thumbnail fix. I've been stuck on 10.24 because of it and had been missing out on the ini caching speed improvements but now all is well again.

Hopefully because I don't want to go thru this again. Just make sure you have a backup of the GameEx folder

The thumbnail creation is working perfectly again. I actually thought it was something -I- did to cause it to stop.

And the Shark007 codec pack is working flawlessly. I don't remember GameEx ever working this well with videos, though it may be because I never used this codec pack until I heard about it in a recent thread.

So finally, with the Shark007 (or K-Lite I'm assuming) codec packs and the latest version of GameEx, nobody should have any problems with videos. That is awesome!

Fixes font being cut off when outlined. Fixes startup crash when using background videos with latest Codec packs. A few optimizations. Themes with single backgrounds (AdvancedGfx=False) working again.

Hopefully. I think I tracked it down, but its a difficult one to duplicate.
