[RESOLVED] Is it possible to re-name the menus?

Hi Guys,

just wondering if its possible to rename some of the menus in game-ex?

specifically the "exit game-ex" sentence to "exit to windows"

is this possible?

Absolutely! In the Configuration utility there is a section for changing text. I think it's the second or third page and I can't remember it's exact title. Unless Tom has added it recently, it's not in the Setup Wizard.

Topic title has been changed mercury! This is also something that can be done by users as of recently.

The section you're looking for is called Text/Language to do what you're wanting. Simply find the setting your wanting to change and enter in the text. I believe for it to work that the Text/Language drop down setting needs to be set to Custom as well.

Thanks for refreshing my memory frequency! I thought I had changed some of the text, but hadn't paid enough attention to see if it was updated in GameEx... It wasn't... but I had forgotten to change the Text/Language to Custom.

Well then I no longer believe that it needs to be set to Custom but am now certain. LOL. Thanks for confirming ehuonder!
