Is there a way to set game descriptions on the menu for PC Games? (EX: When I choose PAC MAN mame rom it displays the history.dat file on the menu before I choose the game)

Descriptions can be added by editing the database for that emulator. In this case you can create your own and call upon it in the settings. These files are found in the DATA\EMULATORS directory of your GameEx install. Take a look at an existing database to learn how they are structured. There's even a template file in there to get you started.

What if you have each individual PC game list as it's own emulator? I tried editing one of the mdb files but it didn't show the info that i typed

Shouldn't make a difference. Without seeing the database you entered then it's hard to tell what's going on. Also would be helpful if you exported your config so we can have it look and make sure everything is being called correctly.
