no "create snaps" under MAME menu

all morning i've been sorting though files and setting up all my title screens. Oh how fun!!!! :)

but..... when i go under the MAME menu theres no create snaps option. :-0 what to do????

i hope all my stupid questions are helping other people out there besides me. :)
