I have been trying to figure this one out, hopefully one of you knows an easy way to alleviate the problem.

I have GameEx set to pop open FUSION with this command line "Fusion.exe -scd -fullscreen"

-scd to tell Fusion to run Sega CD for the ISO/IMAGE, but to no avail. I just get the gray snow picture that you get when you start FUSION, but in fullscreen.

Is there a different command line I should be using?

I know it's not GameEx, I just need a pointer on how to set this particular emu up.

Thanks Guys

Well you're command-line is right. But you're just running fusion. What about the image you're trying to load? Are you mounting it first with tools like DAEMON Tools? If not then there's your problem. You need to first load your image and then it will run and then unmount. So your settings should look something like this:

Command Line:

Fusion.exe -scd -fullscreen

Launch Before:

"C:\Program Files\DAEMON Tools\daemon.exe" -mount 0,"[RomPath]\[RomFile]"

Launch After:

"C:\Program Files\DAEMON Tools\daemon.exe" -unmount 0

This is just an example. You will of course have to point to the location of your DAEMON Tools install or whatever other image mounting software you're using.

So even when using an emulator that can load those types of files on it's own you have to use DAEMON tools ?

=/ boo lol

Ok. I kind of figured that when there was no ROM path whatsoever in the command line.

I was hoping I could give the DAEMON stuff a rest for now, but if that's what it takes i'll stick that command in there and point it to the Daemon tool lite directory. Thanks a bunch!

Well if just using the standard images that the emulator supports then you could just use this as your command-line:

Fusion.exe -scd -fullscreen "[ROMPATH]\[ROMFILE]"
