[RESOLVED] PinballX crashes one second after launch

New installation of PinballX, brand new pc. Added some tables in the game manager. As soon as I start up PinballX, I see the image of the first pinball appearing and I hear half a second of music. Immediately after that, the screen returns to the windows desktop, without taskbar and without a visible mouse (crash I suppose). Log files indicate no issues. Any idea what could be going wrong? How can I debug this issue?

Regardless of what you may see in the log files, please attach copies of your pinballx.ini and log.txt files when reporting an issue.

Did you follow the instructions included within the installation package?

Installation of the recommended codecs?
