[RESOLVED] PinballX Setup Wizard will not open?

I have tried compatibility modes running is admin no matter what I can't get the pinball X settings come up. I've also tried installing the newest version on top still doesn't open.

Just get kind of like a taskbar item and then I can see a white box.

Is your virus scanner blocking something ?

Pretty hard to say. Check your eventlog if you see something strange in the application log.
